Prestige Steel Doors did a great job fitting new steel doors & windows into our existing space. Not only do the doors look great, but they had to level the ground with concrete, blend stucco around the edges, and add wood trim on the interior frame. All of their work was really high quality and turned out great.

From the initial consultation/measure, to the detailed drawings and explanation, to the installation, everything was great! The installation crew was incredibly professional and detail oriented. It took a total of (3) days to complete due to quite a lot of stonework and trim/painting, but at the end of each day, our porch was left spotless and we received a thorough walkthrough to let us know exactly where the project stood and to be sure we were happy with the process. And we absolutely LOVE the final product! It was a pleasure working with Prestige.

Ultimately, Prestige was the most professional company we dealt with. It was a no brainer to go with them after David came out for the initial consult/quote. They converted an exterior wall that had two windows and a door into a beautiful wall of glass and double door leading out to our pool. The look is more modern and luxe. They executed the work very well. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new doors or windows and to really transform a space. They are clearly experts at what they do.

Everyone who works there whether it is David, Juan or Bris is amazing, they are all awesome at what they do. The door that they installed looks stunning , my wife and I absolutely love it . Very clean work with production, installation and finishing also their prices are very reasonable, trust me I looked at a lot of companies before I hired them. Do not waist your time by looking somewhere else, i already did the leg work for you. Go straight to prestige doors. I highly recommend these people.

I genuinely like the doors they have installed

We have used them twice - I genuinely like the doors they have installed, which is the reason for any stars in this review, but the poor customer service and careless installation process fell well short of expectations for several reasons: (1) Lead times - we were quoted 8-13 weeks and it ended up being 29 weeks. At no point during the wait period did they reach out to provide an update on timing. We reached out after roughly 20 weeks and received a generic response on glass supplier wait times, which they would have known when they provided our quote (I referred them to a family member in between our first and second time using Prestige and they had the same experience i.e. long wait times and no communication, explanation of extended glass supply times). (2) Miscues / carelessness during installation - They started our install on a Friday, and asked to come back on Saturday to finish. We let them know we would be out of town, and he said the office would reach out to schedule a time to finish. Nobody reached out, then Monday morning when we were still out of town they showed up at the house, at which point I gave them the garage code and let them enter. I came back home that evening to find black spray paint speckles all over our new wood floor, and the trim around the door was a completely different color than what it should have been. Wrong trim paint is one thing but to not cover the floor when spraying black spray paint indoors is incredibly careless, especially when the homeowner had provided furniture pads to cover the floors. The only way to get it out was to pick it out at the expense of the clearcoat

Their product is beautiful and their staff/crew members are just as great. We had a little mixup and they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Prestige is top-notch!

David and everyone from the admin to the contractors are top-notch. They do what they say they are going to do and go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with the final product. We purchased a steel front door while building our home in late 2019 and we were very happy. Now, our builder uses Prestige exclusively for his steel door needs. We recently hired Prestige to update our back doors and the price was excellent, as well as the final product (see photo). I have a couple more projects for them in the future and highly recommend them you use them.

We worked with David and his team to remodel our back patio door and replace our front door. We previously had a skinny french door look-alike leading to our back yard and we had them tear down the wall and replace with a tri-fold door that looks amazing and really opened up the space. We replaced our traditional wooden front door with a more modern iron door that we designed with David and we couldn't be happier. The doors are well made & beautiful and Prestige is focused on quality and customer service. Any detail or minor flaw we noticed was repaired immediately.

Impressed!

One of the things I never liked about our house was the main door. I researched and shopped with the most reputable companies in Austin for steel doors. Prestige Steel Doors and Windows presented the best bid. Time frame and competitive price. (Remember, the cheapest companies give you cheap services and products. Cheap is cheap). They showed up in time as scheduled and just finished. First meeting was three weeks ago. Then architectural design and price. We are very happy it was done the same day. Owner is a young man named David Romero who supervised the installation the entire time.
