This department is responsible for designing each project to the customer’s specifications. They use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and renderings of the final product.

This department is responsible for turning the designs into actual iron doors and gates. They use a variety of tools and machinery to cut, shape, and weld the iron components into the desired form.

After the iron doors and gates have been manufactured and finished, they need to be installed at the customer’s site. This department is responsible for safely and efficiently installing the doors and gates to the customer’s satisfaction.

Proven Process for Unique Products.

Concept & Design

This first step is meeting with the client to discuss their specific needs for the doors and windows. We will work to develop a concept and create a blueprint. This may involve taking measurements and conducting site visits to ensure that the doors and windows will fit perfectly.

Fabrication

Once the design has been finalized, the fabrication process begins. This involves cutting and shaping the metal or steel to the exact specifications of the design. Depending on the complexity of the design, this may involve several rounds of cutting and shaping to achieve the desired result.

Finishing

After the iron, metal or steel has been cut and shaped, the finishing process begins. This may involve sanding, polishing, and/or powder-coating the metal to give it a smooth and finished appearance. The doors and windows may also be painted or coated to protect them from corrosion and weathering.

Installation

Once the doors and windows have been finished, they are ready for installation. This involves fitting them into the designated openings and securing them in place using specialized hardware. The process may also involve adjustments to ensure that the doors and windows are level and function properly.
